Grosvenor RFC is seeking to recruit a new Head Coach for the 2022/23 season, to develop our squad and build on our success in recent years. One of the top junior rugby clubs in Ulster and McCrea Cup winners in 2019 & 2022, Grosvenor were short-listed for ‘Ulster Club of the Year’ in 2010 and 2018. We field three adult male sides giving our members the chance to play serious or social rugby and share the excellent clubhouse and facilities of Malone Rugby Club.

The Head Coach role will primarily involve planning and delivering twice weekly coaching sessions and preparing/managing the 1st XV on game days. With excellent communication and organisational skills, you will inspire and motivate the coaching team and players, helping them to develop their skills, maximise their potential and bring us continued success on the pitch.

The position will report to the Director of Rugby who sits on our Management Committee.


• Previous club rugby coaching experience

• Proven track record of coaching success

• Strong knowledge of the club game in Ulster

• All appropriate coaching qualifications and accreditations up to date
